Bleed Valve / Sample Valve

Andron Stainless Corporation now supplies Bleed/Sampling Valves. We offer a large variety of sizes and configurations. The valve’s body is constructed from 316L Stainless Steel. It is supplied with a virgin (PTFE) sealing tip and Radel hand wheel. The O-ring inside the unit may be purchased in either EPDM or Platinum Silicone Class VI. Standard finish is 15Ra electro-polished.

This Bleed Valve was engineered to provide a cost effective solution for various applications. The valve can be used to easily sample product, to relieve residual pressure or liquids from a product line, or to bleed a line for such applications as priming a pump.
