Broad Selection of Stainless Steel Spools

Sanitary spools are fabricated lengths of stainless steel tubing available in a variety of end connections. Steel & O’Brien is your ultimate source for sanitary spools including a wide selection of tri-clamp spools in numerous sizes. These fit right into a range of applications — including brewing operations, dairies, food and beverage manufacturing facilities, and biotech and pharmaceutical lines. We offer several styles of end connections:

Tri-Clamp fittings are less permanent than welded tubing, which means that the piping can be easily disassembled, cleaned, moved or reconfigured.

Bevel seat fittings provide leak-tight, secure connection using acme threads.

I-Line fittings create a rigid joint and leak-tight connection, and are quickly installed and disconnected.

Q-Line fittings assemble and disassemble quickly, and form a secure, leakproof connection.

John Perry fittings are similar to bevel seat fittings, as they offer a tight connection via acme threads.

At Steel & O’Brien, we’re always looking for ways to make sanitary simple for our customers. When choosing us, you can count on receiving high-quality components and exceptional customer service in every aspect of what we do.

We’re dedicated to being there for you from start to finish, helping you save time in your processes and make them as smooth as possible. To learn more, browse our product listings here or get in touch with one of our representatives today.
